Meet the Team

I have a keen passion for app development and for seeing technological solutions reach those who really need it. With my skill at Python, Android development and the skills that I will gain in the ISTD pillar, I believe that through Design Odyssey we will be able to implement a technological solution to our chosen problem.

I also have some skill at video editing which I believe would help showcase what the team has to offer to Singapore and the world.

With my skill at photo editing and my ability to reach out to a diverse group of people. I hope that we are able to convey the team's aims to our target audience-the elderly. I believe that through proper outreach we will be able to gather sincere feedback about our product or service and be able to truly build from there.

A large part of SUTD's curriculum has to do with design thinking and I believe Design Odyssey will help me build on this skill.

I have the passion and drive to see through a project once I initiate and I hope in future I will be able to provide guidance to people that were once in my shoes. Also through experience this whole process , I wish to be able to learn how it is to interact with the various individuals and help tie in everybody working on the project together.

I feel that I would like to push myself and that Design Odyssey enables me to do so for something I believe in.

As a future ESD student I hope to grow my analytical skills at SUTD. I believe that these skills will help me to truly help those in need; such as the elderly in my team's case.

I have some skill at cadding and 3d modelling and will be keen to use these skills to develop something that has real use for the elderly and the caregivers.

I want to use the opportunity provided by Design Odyssey to develop and hone my skills at coding. I believe that coding has many applications such as in the field of IoT devices which may be as of yet unexplored when it comes to the elderly.

SUTD's emphasis on design thinking encourages the team to design to solve problems that actually affect everyday people.
